CREATING AN MVP UI FOR A CMS - ADMIN DASHBOARD FOR A CONSULTING COMPANY
Challenge:
OPS needed to launch an MVP Content Management System for its awarded contracts.
Solution:
- Organized a priority meeting to map out work flow and technical plan.
- Delivered a wireframe architecture of the work flow and solution.
- Built core features: admin login, contracts assigned, contracts in process, contracts completed.
- Used React.js for frontend, Node.js to create the backend and server side logic of the application.
- Conducted Agile sprints to manage the project and give weekly updates until project completion.
Result:
The MVP admin dashboard was completed and launched within 12 weeks, allowing OPS to efficiently manage its contracts and streamline operations.
